At Fink's Luggage & Repair Co., we stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags, protective covers, and warranty cards are included.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our repair specialists inspect the returned luggage for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
